Combatting gender-based hate speech: Certificates for the first generation of trainers from the Human Resources Management Authority (UNDP Montenegro)

The importance of this project stems from the fact that qualified instructors will impart their skills via Montenegro’s largest professional network, which includes 45,000 municipal and national government employees. Furthermore, this extraordinary group of professionals is already putting their newly gained expertise to use in their day-to-day work in the civil, commercial, prosecution, media, and state administration sectors.
