The two main points of this article are to be established. Firstly, a more thorough inspection reveals that arguments against the regulation of hate speech are not very strong. Second, the authors may create a stronger case against the restriction of hate speech by expanding on Weinstein’s explanation of the notion of viewpoint discrimination.
