According to recent eSafety study, more Australian people from a variety of backgrounds are still choosing to accept online abuse instead of taking any action. According to the research Fighting the tide: Encounters with online hatred among targeted groups, Australian individuals report experiencing online abuse because of racial, religious, ethnic, sexual, disability, or gender traits.
