In order to address the different forms and expressions of hatred, the study examines insights from medical literature. 87 of the 1226 papers on hatred that were found by a thorough PubMed search addressed strategies for combating it. Three main strategies emerged from the thematic analysis of these articles: comprehending the elements of hatred, assessing strategies and instruments for combating it, and putting interventions into action. Researchers highlight the many manifestations and manifestations of hatred, which call for customized responses.
