Germany may impose a fine on Twitter for repeatedly failing to comply with the NetzDG, a social media hate speech takedowns law, according to an early test for Elon Musk. After confirming it through user reports, the NetzDG requires social media platforms to remove illegal content such as hate speech within seven days, or 24 hours for the most obvious cases.
