As hate speech against a person or a group of people in social media platforms … take center stage in the field of computational linguistics, is a keyword-based approach worth considering to detect hate speech comments and classify them into groups? This paper aims at addressing this question by a means of a purposely designed algorithm applied on two datasets, one is Arabic and the other is English.
