The goal of the lecture series “Foundations and Methods of Digital Humanism” is to introduce the new movement of “Digital Humanism” and to establish a tight connection between it and the longstanding traditions of studying how digital technologies affect society across a range of academic fields. As a result, the lecture series focuses especially on the very interdisciplinary nature of digital humanism. Students from all academic fields will be better equipped to comprehend how digital technologies affect society via lectures on a range of theoretical stances and research techniques.
