The intricate and contemporary relationship between hate speech, gender prejudice, and violence in digital spaces is examined in this thematic issue. It looks at how social networks, news sites, and online multiplayer games are examples of digital places that may both support and contradict structural injustices. In order to identify the reasons behind digital violence and exclusion, contributions provide a variety of approaches, such as qualitative research, systematic reviews, and longitudinal analyses. This problem emphasizes how urgent it is to overcome digital exclusion in order to protect social cohesiveness and democratic principles.
